Pink is a very good sign of healing. Some people just take longer to heal than others. Please be patient I am sure your treatment will blend perfectly.

You can read my comment on the bottom of the previous page about ordering the product on 4/21/08. I received the product about a week after this date. I used it on two moles about the size of a pencil eraser on my thigh and 2 moles on my lower leg.
Also I treated a raised mole I had on the side of my face. I followed the directions and with one application they are all gone! The slight burn goes away in minutes and there is a small amount of redness around the treated area for about a week but it is fading fast. I have tried more expensive treatments that left me with a scar but this stuff does work and no scars. I think the negative comments on this site must be from competitors because I will stand behind it. If anyone wants to contact me feel free.

Hi Guy's, I have just ordered the kit so i will post to let everyone know how it goes. I asked Charlene for a sample first but unfortunately this wasn't something she could provide so I thought I would take the risk and buy but I will let everyone know if it does arrive and whether it works. I found this post very usefull so hopefully it can be useful for others as they consider buying.
I live in the UK so it may take a few days to arrive. I haven't actually tried any other product before but was considering PPX lazer treatment because we have quite a few private clinics around here but it's way more expensive than i'd like and I'd probably struggle to get the NHS to pay for that ;). I saw this and although it sounds a bit too good to be true I had to try for the sake of 70 quid. If it works then i don't understand why it's not in every high street store up and down the country because you would sell millions of these things but Fingers Crossed and we'll see.
Oh and Louis, if you never healed then could you let me know before I unleash this stuff on me. Also DEEZ how did the final result look for you and your girlfriend, any scars?
I just wish this friggin redness would go away already! Are there any products out there that could help the redness diminish already. I do have fair skin but still it's been over a month now.
I have just purchased this stuff so will let you all know how i get on!! I got it for freckles!! How long does the healing process usually take and does the pink completely clear so you have clear skin??
I'm from Plano, TX and I just ordered this product. I plan on using it to get rid of my 30+ flat moles I have on my face. I'm a hispanic with medium tone skin so hopefully I won't get too much redness. I'll try it first on a mole on my arm or leg before trying it on the face. I'll also make sure to take before, during and after pictures and post my results here.
im in the same position as deez11010 i ordered the kit 3 weeks ago and still no sign of it and there is only a 30 money back guarantee its just ridiculous im beginning to regret buying it.if it took 33 days to reach deez in america where the product is produced, i cant even imagine how long its going to take to reach ireland!! regardless of whether the product is good its going to discourage other customers buying the product with unnecessary delays and poor communications.
I bought this product too (for moles not freckles) and here's my opinion;
True, their website isn't one of the best and is a bit too crowded for a 1st time visitor. However its better to have them invest in the product then other stuff, even though their website is their 'work-place' and should be eye-candy to attract customers.
Shipping to Europe was ok for me, took like any other major online stores
After following all the (a bit mis-matching) instructions, the mole was finally removed via the scab...however as previous comments said, the treated area is darker and even though it turned to pink it has been so for over 2 to 3 months now.
I'm not treating any other area before I'm completely satisfied and the pinks fades away. I wouldn't mind waiting, as long as the final result is how i want it to be. I'll keep hoping and waiting and if eventually these dark patches will fade completely I would purchase another pair and threat the remaining moles.
Hi, i have recieved the product today which is 9 days to the UK. I have used it on a few small flat moles on my leg and on my hip. I'm not sure if i put it on for long enough on all of them because i was being very careful. I'll let everyone know of the results and then try on another. I still haven't tried it on any freckles yet because you need two arms to apply and the freckles are on the top of my arm that I would like to remove. Good luck everyone!
About 5% of the kits we ship out take three weeks or more to reach our customers. We presume there are delays in customs or added inspections at the post office due to the terrorist threat. This is the same as a freeze burn, do freeze burn scars ever go away? and how long does it take til it's completely unnoticeable? I'm thinking about trying mederma.
Colly, im a fair skinned irish person with moles mostly flat some raised-im presuming you're irish and of similar complexion just want to know if its working for you?i scar easily from cuts and scabs and am sceptical especially of facial use.
any info from anyone in a similar situation would be great cheers!
also (apologies for overposting) if this works the same as when the doctor freezes off a wart-then why wouldnt the doctor freeze off moles and freckles for the same (relatively) cheap fee?
I have been left badly scarred by using this product, I have 3 big red and round circles on my back that are surrounded by a dark brown ring. It is 6 weeks since treatment and at the time the blemishes blistered very badly. I am wondering if these scars will ever fade as at present it doesn't look as if they will. I was wondering, will sunlight help fade these horrible scars as they do not blend in with my normal skin tone at all :-( Please help somebody!
I have raised scars from where I previously had moles removed. The scars are the same colour as my skin tone but look very ugly as they are raised from the normal skin. Would blemish free remove these raised scars do you think? Also, can blemish free be used to remove stretch marks in anyway?? Thanks
hey Anon im still waiting to get my kit so i havent actually tried it yet but if your scared of using it on your face i think you should try it somewhere inconspicuous first and see how that heals thats what im going to do anyway!! ill keep you updated on how mine works when i get it.
This product worked perfectly on me for removing freckles and moles. I was extremely skeptical at first and I even read some of the comments on this website. But I thought I would give it a try anyway.
It also shipped on time and I received it within a week!! (USA) The moles required more than one application and healed in 2 weeks, the freckles only one application and healed in a week!!

I AM GOING TO USE BOLD LETTERS SINCE NO ONE IS ANSWERING MY OR KATS QUESTIONS. WE BOTH OBVIOUSLY APPLIED THIS PRODUCT INCORRECTLY AND DIDN'T USE FOCUS TUBES AND WE BOTH HAVE LARGE ROUND RED CIRCLES LEFT BEHIND. WILL THEY EVER FADE AND HOW LONG UNTIL THEY DO???????????????????? Also, what product would you suggest for fading these flat red marks? This is VERY VERY important to me so a response and some advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
