I have tried to contact this company informing them of numerous problems with there application. The only way to contact them is by email but unfortunately I can't do that because it says there is an open ticket... Yet on my side it shows closed. I want to get my money back for a service that is not usable. Please give me any assistance you can... An address... Phone number... Email address... Anything to help. Thanks!

I've had 360 Share Pro for about 1.5 years, and I've never had a problem with it. I don't know why everyone is complaining about it! It works fine for me - and I just downloaded music yesterday.

I just found this "complaint 360 share pro". I can't believe how many of us are complaining about 360 share. I paid TWICE for this site. I just got a new lap top and I can't find my account AGAIN with this site. I just want the music that I downlaoded. I don't want to pay a third time for this site. I signed up with 360 pro share 4 days ago and the subscription fee has just been debited from my bank account. I have been unable to download anything deispite various suggestions from their technical support team. I cannot contact them anymore and I 've had to retore my computer -I want my money back.

I've been using 360 Share Pro for at least 2 years and never had a problem... until today. I bought a new computer with Windows Vista about a month ago and was using the program with no problems. About a week ago my computer crashed and I had to return it to factory settings and re-install 360. It's no longer working. It has a little icon at the bottom telling me that a firewall is detected. I refuse to turn off my firewall! So I let 360 through... but it's still not working. Like I said; 2 years without any problems... why now? Also wondering why their website seems a little mysterious... shouldn't their FAQ section have a list of fixes associated with these kinds of problems? Maybe a phone number to get ahold of this apparent technical support?? I'm annoyed... I kind of liked this program.

I have been having all kinds of trouble getting 360 share pro to start what can be done I start the program and after opening up it will not start the connection. You need to fix your program so people that have paid good money can use what they have paid for.

I also paid for the unlimited lifetime downloads----it worked for the first day----and have been unsable to access or download since---can anyone say class action?----who's gonna help the little guy here that has accumulated to be quite a number of unhappy customers? I don't see ONE person with a good experience to report---or even make me think this whole charade had some legitinacy to it? It is FRAUD which is illegal!!!
