Download doesn't work

I have tried to contact this company informing them of numerous problems with there application. The only way to contact them is by email but unfortunately I can't do that because it says there is an open ticket... Yet on my side it shows closed. I want to get my money back for a service that is not usable. Please give me any assistance you can... An address... Phone number... Email address... Anything to help. Thanks!

I could not get the 360share pro to launch either. I paid for a lifetime membership. I thought I was paying the advertised $24.95, and was surprised and confused when I saw the email confirmation saying $34.95. Turns out, there was a box that I had not seen on the side of the screen that is automatically checked for them to add an additional $10 for some other software. I thought it was unfair because I didn't see the box and had no idea I was being charged for this. That was my first clue that this business was a little shady... Then after downloading several times and trying several different versions of the Java software, I still could not open the 360 software. What a waste of money. I wasn't able to download even one song!! And the guarantee isn't totally honest either. They take out a $10 fee "for processing" so you can't get your full money back. This is not clear as you are signing up! Luckily I saw a customer service number in one of the above postings which enabled me to call and cancel my membership, so I'm expecting $25 of my $35 back, but I wish it was the full amount because I got absolutely nothing in return for the money I paid.

Hi guys. I had the same problems as everyone else, then yesterday i remembered i had updated to java 10. Went into add remove programmes and dumped all java down to update 3. 360 is now working fine.
They must have conflicting drivers.

I have 360sharepro. I suggest updating your Java software. That should help out 85% of the probs i see on this site. However, the service really does suck and is misadvertised to the nth degree. i would not use this software again or suggest it to anyone. i would classify it as a shareware or FREEWARE program but not to buy, no way. sorry everyone is having probs. i feel your pain. can't we just get Microsoft to create a P2p music share program? they've cornered everything else's market out there as it is (Internet Exploiter).

I could not work mine either but I found the phone number for them. 1-888-846-9590. When I called the customer service rep said I had an old version adn if I updated it, it owuld work again. Off to try it out now...

The same thing has happened to me. Bought and installed program, worked for a couple of days and then it hasn't worked since. Have been unable to reach them as it says my e-mail address doesn't work. It was the only one I have. Avoidance is what I am getting. I want my money back, this program sucks.

I downloaded this program myself a few days ago. and i got my money back, all but $10 US.. the whole thing is a scam and this is how you get out of it.. tell them exactly whats wrong, whats happened and how disgruntled you are by going to your members login and writing to the help desk. use a topic like "your program does not work" and then tell them exactly whats happened in a polite but pushy way, answer exactly what they ask you but demand a refund. when i downloaded it the program did not work from the beginning. I was charged $80 US when i only asked for the $30 membership and every time i went to download something it came up as invalid or sent me strait to a mobile phone add. If you have been ripped off by this company tell the police in America. When more people report it, the police will have to investigate and hopefully people will soon lean that share pro 360 is a scam. Good luck and don't give up on getting your money back!

360 Sharepro, MP3_freebie etc, are just ways of making money out of Limewire. I thought I was signing up to something along the lines of iTunes, i.e. legally buying music from a legal site. Downloading music from 360 SharePro is illegal.

Now to try getting my refund.
