I am disabled and went Christmas shopping at kmart and was supriseingly so happy when i left, found everything i needed and the prices were great The people were so helpful Not only were the workers at store #7044 in Plattsburgh NY 12901 nice the shoppers were just as nice, that goes to show if your happy with where u shop everyone is happy Oh and the gentleman who was singing christmas carols out side the store ringing the bell for salvation army was very polite and he had a great voice singing, it made everyone sing christmas carols going in the store and coming out, now thats Christmas. I shopped at KMart on Telegraph, recieved a rain check for 9 pack of matchbox cars. I went to the store on Van Born and tried use my rain check.They replied that they do not use rainchecks. I purchases the product on sale but had to pay $3 more than my rain check. What kind of customer service is this???? This is one of the many reasons that I normally to not shop at KMart stores.

Now I certainly have my issues with K-mart employee customer service and selection in the food department, but there is nothing wrong with this survey! I've filled it out twice in the last month... most recently yesterday!!
I have been searching for this site for two days. I feel having two receipts with the chance of winning $2500 is a big deal. To find out that kmartfeedback..com is fake realy gets me angry. You better live up to what you print on your receipts.

Still no way to enter for the gift card and so way, so far, to express my dissatisfaction at shopping at K-Mart. The clerk could not tell which items (bicycles) were on sale; I left to get the sale ad and when I returned, could not locate anyone to help me get the bicycles off of the rack. When I checked out with one of three bicycles I needed, there was only one check out lane open - and this is ten days before Christmas!
I would like to see K-Mart give Wal-Mart some honest competition because I prefer to shop at K-Mart. This is certainly no way to compete in the Wal-Mart arena.

Ki have also tried to get on the can't get to it.. we went to the store in O'Fallon MO.#7324 Couldn't believe that the items that were on sales.. there wasn't any.. at all.. the employee told it never came in on several items!
