My husband and I shopped #4972 12-8-07 we were looking for a bread machine found a very nice one in your store but never did find a price, we used to shop K-Mart quite often but the last few times we tried to shop there we were very disappointed we may never go back it is very frustrating to not find a price or any one to help around where you are shopping.My Husband and I are ages 57 and 65 and not in good health and can't run around the store to find a price. Sfter visiting our local kmart i tried to visit kmartfeedback.com to do a survey for a chance to win a 2500 dollar gift card but i couldn't find a survey. This gives people false hope especially when this could really help someone at a time when everyone needs help.

I tried to log onto kmartfeedback.com and got nothing. I call KMart offices in CA. and they knew nothing about it, both people I talked to had not even seen the site. They said they did not know what to do. What a bunch of yahoos. No one knew where to send my call or what to do other than check the internet and figure out who to report this too.
They must put the last person interviewed in the information spot of the company.

I could not believe the the improvement in the store from last year. The store # 4777 was clean and the associates were extremely helpful and professional. Bravo!!! There is no website for the contest on the receipt.
