I dont know why people are such complainers. I've been getting my
prescription at the KMart store in Ellenton Florida, for many years and they've always treated me like I am a human being with some sense and just a few brains! I live far from that store now, but I will still go out of my way to go there for my many prescriptions.

I shopped at Kmart on December 6, 2007 at 8:20pm This was the store in Traverse City, Michigan. I had a question about something in the cleaning products isle. There wasn't anybody around that could help me. I asked a cashier if she could call someone to help me. She said she would and I said I would wait where I was. After standing there for 7 minutes , she never called anyone. She went to the service desk for something and then went back to her register. I finally found someone on my own. He helped me look for what I wanted but wasn't any help at all. I had looked in that spot already, and it was empty. I had a coupon for the item, so he told me to take it to the service desk and have them scan the coupon and it would tell me if they had the item in stock or if it had been ordered. Well, after seeing the guy at the service desk and seeing that he was messed up, and not knowing what he was doing, I didn't dare go over there. Maybe he could have helped me and maybe not. There were only two registers open from the time I walked in at 7:15pm until I went up front at 8:16pm. Somebody came from somewhere and rang people up. I needed to use the restroom in the store, and when I found them and went inside, the smell was terrible! The whole restroom was filthy and dirty! It hadn't been touched in quite sometime. Needless to say I left in a hurry. Very disgusting!
I was shopping at the store and every body was friendly. I think that is very important that the costumers be happy to ask a question and the shift has a wonderful answer. I went to Kmart and the people was very nice. They helped me find things I needed. And when I checked out they told me to call and sign up to for a chance to win 2500 in gift card. But when I tried the only thing I got was peoples comments. I tried about 4 times but there is no web site. I don't no why a big company like Kmart would do something like this.
