I shop K-mart often and usually have a good expericence. The only complaint I have is that this survey is not a survey and that is is confusing when first looking at it.
I found that the employees were very helpful even though I did not find what I need at this particular store. Where do you enter for the $2, 500 gift card?

I agree with almost everyones comment that this web site is terrible. This is not what I would concider a survey. It does not have the proper set up nor the typical questionier survey, instead, we have to write down our shopping experience, by the way was awsome. I am not sure why you put to give feedback on a store visit as there is no place to put the store number here on you websit or feed back on the store visit.. I had a very good shopping trip to Kmart today better than going to this websit. I guess you just wnat to see how many of us dumb enough to come here and do nothing. Well I did something.

I recently shoped at Kmart store no. 3128. My complent is that you cannot see the cost of the items as they scanned. I had one item that I was over charged $2.00.I did not notice this until I got home (15 miles away). It was not worth the time or gas to return to the store. I have shopped at Kmart here for along time. I get my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy and I have been so pleased by their friendliness and helpfulness. I even know some of the pharmacists by first name. They answer all my questions and will check out other things you might have in your cart so you don't have to go thru the line at the front.
I was shopping for a shower curtain for my bathroom and found the perfect one with the exact colors I needed. It was also at a reasonable price. I like this store so much and would be lost without it.
