Like everyone else I went to the website that does not exist and I was very disappointed, just like my experience at the store I visited today. The store that I visited was #9528. My 19 digit receipt # 09528 120107 005 40890. I was not a very satisfied customer and I wanted to give you my feedback but I guess I need to look elsewhere, or take further action on the false website that you are supporting. I hope to get some answers sooner rather thatn later.

I have worked in retail for over 20yrs and I am a manager for a retail chain know, if you expect customers to keep coming and really enjoying there shopping experiences with your company we need to go back to the quote THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. But there is NO ! such "WEBSITE THAT EXIST ! and that is FULL OF BULL !! went they say its down and they don't know went it will return !! I also made a purchase with a receipt that said I could win a $2500 gift certificate if I gave KMart feedback. No such place on the website. My comment to KMart is that I shopped on Sunday, Dec 4, and the advertised Athletech fleece separates that were 60% off did not have a sign on them. I had to ask for them and then no one put up the proper sign. I shopped at the KMart at Iowa and Blaine in Riverside CA. My receipt # is 015 Do3 KJC 019 PC0 NM4.
I shop all the time at store 4851, and I am always treated with helpful people. This is the first time I tried to enter the sweepstakes so I asked my son to help me find it and he couldn't find it either. I think if you have this on your receipt you should at least have a sweepstakes. Since you don't have one - I think your company in liable to pay everyone who sent your com. a email for the complaint about the sweepstakes the $2500. You should check with your Corp Attys. they will tell you the same thing and you have to put a disclaimer on your website if you no longer have this.
