This was a hard site to locate. I located the South Whales site easier. It also had a place for your address, phone number, receipt number, etc. You do not have a place for any of this info. My receipt from Kmart Store # 3941 in Russell Springs, KY is # 03941 070208 002 18122. Hoping this is not a big joke being pulled on the Americans.

I like all of the new improvements to Kmart over the past years. The addition of Martha Stewart items, along with Kenmorre products is great. It is convienent to my house and I have definetly increased the shopping time here verses other retail stores in the area.

We were at the check-out line when the lollypop stand (one that is huge and right in the way) fell over and spilled all of it contents in front of us. We may have bumped it slightly, but it shouldn't have been in the way of our cart. We told the checker that also. It was pretty flimsy at that. (The check-out lines are tiny and the carts are like boats...then a huge lollypop stand on the side ...well I'm sure you got the picture).
The checker seemed non-responsive, when I said that I would pick the lollypops up, she told me not to worry and that she would...She didn't come over and do it, so I did. What was I suppose to do, run over the lolly pops? So I picked all of them up and mentioned to her again that they should be moved.

I purchase some enfamil got the wrong one for baby try to return it they we do not take baby food back I ask why! it is not open. they said we just dont, the store just dont take babyfood back I ask were is it written they had no-way of showing me so now I have to keep something I can not use. I am also trying to respond for a chance at a $2500 gift card, but it sounds like it is a definite scam. But my receipt # is 03779 071008 002 75061. I do like shopping at Kmart. I always have two or three people ask me if they can help me find things. I like the set-up of the store. I always find my way around. I probably could find some things cheaper elsewhere, but I have always trusted Kmart. But I am thoroughly disappointed in this false advertising. You really need to take that information off of your receipts. That is really poor business. Thank you.
i have entered the kmartfeedback contest each time i have shopped and have had absolutely no trouble finding it or entering it. kmart is a very good store.
