My most recent shopping experience at Kmart was fine. The store had what I was looking for, but I had to purchase it in a different color. I went home a satisifed customer. All was well.

everyone I know shops at Target or Walmart, I feel Kmart has alot better pricing and very friendly staff, lots of good weekly sales that I watch in the paper!
The last two times I attempted to submit a survey after dutifully completing same your site would not accept it.One more time and K-Mart will be losing a customer.
My experience at Kmart was very good. It was a very hot day outside and I asked for the drinking fountain and the employee pointed the way when I was having problems with my one disablitly child. We found the drinking fountain. As well I was looking for snow cone syrup stuff and I asked for a employee and he helped me find it right away. I was shopping for flags, but went to mens department before I checked out and was pleasantly surprised to find mens shorts 50% off. Couldn't pass up the savings, so I bought 3 pair plus 2 shirts on sale also. Good job K Mart!

I shop at your Kmart srttore number 7710 in branson Missouri. My overall experience at the store was very pleasant but my cashier Heather was very nasty. I don't know if it was because I was an out of towner or what, she was just not friendly at all. Me being from louisiana you just tend to be friendly and respectful.

My receipt # is 09354 070508 013 27355. I was in your store 9354 on 7/5/2008 at 6:52pm. This was the second time. I was in this store this week looking for the advertised bounce 3 for $8.00. On Wed. I took my daughter in to return a microwave that I had bought her the Saturday before that did not work. We had no problem returning the microwave for another one as we had our receipt. The problem was while I was there I decided to take advantage of a few of the advertised sale items. I had a problem with getting the bounce that was advertised. An employee told me that the bounce was discontinued. How does a company advertise a sale item and not have that item? Is that considered false advertising? The ten percent that was offered off another bounce product was not a sufficient enough considering there were no signs stating it was a discontinued item. An apology sign? That same employee stated that this product will be in a future ad. This should be properly addressed for your next ad seeing how it is a discontinued item. Maybe a proper suitable and comparable sale item can be substituted?? That would be the proper customer service. It's called make the customer happy and is good customer service. I'm sorry I was not too happy shopping at Kmart last week.

The problem seems to be the search engine you use. I put in the correct e-mail address on the MSN browser and could not find the correct site. I then went to Google and re-entered the same address and went right to the correct web site for K-mart and was able to complete the survey. This is not the first time I have had problems with trying to find a web site. It does get frustrating.
I shop at store #3120 and everytime I go in there I have the same experience. The only reason I go in there is because it is within walking distance to my office. There is always only one check out line open. Employees walking around everywhere but no one that is helpful, no one that is smiling. The store is always nasty. The managers see the long line and just keeps walking. Employees pull their friends out of the line and take them to another department to bring rung up so that they do not have to wait. Like I said the only reason I go there is because it is the only store within walking distance to my office and I car pool to work. I really try not to go in there unless I just have to.
