Toys department was the most desorganized department I ever seen in any retailer of the word, The thing is we are not in holidays..! is summer! What happened with this company. I stop in 3 different location this week and I see the same story. I'm talking about Kmart stores in Puerto Rico, (Juana Diaz, Ponce, Plaza Las Americas.) If I decide to stop on Kmart, is because I spect that with the hiest prices they have, at least I will found a friendly place to shop, Forget about it.!!

I am in the marketing industry. Promotional contests on customer feedback is truly a great way to understand how the store operates in the eyes of the consumer. Boy - you missed the boat on this one! I, like the others, could not find the website. My receipt indicates that "Kmart Values Your Feedback" I guess that's really not true.
I believe kmart wastes A LOT of paper on your receipts. No matter if you buy 1 product or 20, there is about 8 extra inches of wasted paper. All a person needs to know from a receipt is the items purchased and how much it cost, the rest is useless nonsense. With all the talk of helping the environment recently, kmart should jump on the bandwagon and try to conserve some paper and not kill as many trees!

I, as others had problems linking to the survey through MSN internet. As I was reading others complaints/comments on the list all having the same disappointment, I noticed one said to link on through "GOOGLE". I thought I would give it a try and presto it did work. There really is a survey listed. Kmart however, might want to take notice and post that on their receipt with the "kmartfeedback.com" They would have less distraught customers thinking "scam" and more feeling a little more confident that Kmart really does want their opinion and that their opinion does matter! Our store 3822 is one of my favorite places to shop. Everyone is cordial--if I have to return merchandise, they are alway nice about it. I hope you never leave our town.
