I am having same problem as others with trying to enter sweepstates. Thier no way to enter.
I shop at Kmart because I like the place, So you don't need to have a chance at a sweepstat for me to shop their, but this makes me very angry.
I visited your store in Norwalk, Ohio last Thursday. I saw a tall storage unit that I wanted to see out of the box, well the clerk wanted to sell it me sight unseen, well I don't spend $8O.OO with out seeing it first I drove 60 miles to go to this store, then I wanted to buy 2 tables to go with 2 patio swings, they were grey with tempered glass, $24.99 the beige ones were $19.99 and on sale. Well they wouldn't let me get the grey ones for the sale price and your circular said that all patio furniture were on sale. Well not for me, so I was unable to get them. I would think your store would rather sell 2 tables than to lose 2 sales, but that is K-Mart for you in Norwalk. I really felt bad I couldn't get them I wasn't happy with the service I got there. I only wish we still had this store in Mansfield, Ohio but unfortunately you chose to leave this area. Every time I see a Kmart in whatever city I am in I try to stop and shop but now I don't think I will. I appreciate any thing you can do so I can still get the tables on sale. Thanks so much. I did appreciate the 2 gals that helped me get the storage unit into my van. They were very helpful.

I never have any problems at k-mart at all i've been shopping there for over 35 years in holyoke/spfld.i love holyoke it has more to offer and more sales/i spent $76.50 here at spfld today/05/18/2008/i have 3 daughters/and 5 grand-kids i don't see a problem with k-mart at all /sometimes you have a lot of chronic complainers/and if they feel that way then shop at another store/thank-you
the only store we had in hartford was k mart and the service was totaly lazy and unwlling to even try thank god they built a wal mart i still shop k mart occasoinally and have noticed quite a differance for the better except the last visit i had a simple question but lazy lady in garden department clearly did not want over excert herself so she just acted stupid and kept walking . fine i will take my money elsewhere my receipt is #03534 051708 007 87082

Shopped at store 3158 on may 24th. Was real pleased with the experience there. Tried to enter for the $2500 gift card but could not find the web site. My receipt number is 03158 052308 004 76303.
We love shopping at Kmart because it is easy to get in and out. We dont have to worry about long check out lanes or cramped parking. Kmart offers really good prices on everything we need.
