purchased a patio set, got home they sold me the wrong item(it was boxed up). I called the store they don't have the item in stock that I purchased. They told me I could not have the one on display. I can't understand why not, they are the ones that sold the wrong item to me!#0973705100802870158
I shopped at K-mart in Morganton, NC today and I think they need more cashiers. I stood in line for seem like forever. I like to shop at K-mart but I don't like to wait like that.

I also tried to find the survey and was unable to. Next time perhaps someone will verify that everything is up and running, before having your customers go thru all the trouble of trying to find something thats not there.

I have never liked Kmart WalMart and Target are better organized and don't send out false info. Example is the $2, 500 feedback sweepstakes which I can't find the site to follow the instructions. Also on your websites you post stuff thats either not valid or just isn't at the store. What's your problem? I will continue to prefer Walmart and Target because you guys are just ignorant and I hate ignorant and stupid people who waste my time.

There is no such site "kmartfeedback.com" for telling of experience & win $2500 gift card !! My receipt# o748805130801665213. Is this a scam ? It is false advertising, and after spending $164 at this location during this trip, doesn't make me feel like going back. (A Walmart store is just one mile from your location !!!) I expect a reply !!
I have a receipt that tells about a $2, 500 K-mart gift card for completing a survey. I could find no place for this, but my receipt number is 07133 051508 001 44514. I had no problems with the store, merchandise or service.
Do not shop at Kmart Supercenter in Lubbock, Texas on University Avenue! WE have boondocked at many Wal Marts, Sams, Lowes, and Home Depot, across the U. S. and never has the police awakened us early in the morning and said we had to move! WE were parked about ten spaces from the building, at 10 pm with no cars near us.. And none when the police came. About two hours later, while I was shopping in Kmart, My wife called me on the cell phone, in tears, 2 police cars and men were harassing her saying we must leave immediately! On the way out I told about 6 employees, sitting at a table with the manager, we never would shop Kmart again!!! And tell every on about our experince! April 9, 2008, and 4-10-08 day No phone compliant line was available!, trying for days.. Really Care?????
I am happy with my last purchase at Kmart. This Kmart was very clean but it needs brighter lights. This particular Kmart is located in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. The cashier (Shirley) was very courteous and asked me all the right questions but just had trouble with the electronic cash register when entering my information in.
