my expierance with Kmat has always been good. when they run their specials in the ads, i can get everything i need in one stop. i don"t have to go from one store to another to get the things i need. with the price of gas, i really do appreciate Kmart.

Why does Kmart allow false statements on their receipts? I purchased a New Guina Flower pot 05/07/08 at store 9674, Receipt number 09674 050708 028 56034 which was in good condition. However the section was maned by 1 person to care of inside and out - a little much for one person. Some flowers outside needed water badly. A little elderly lady asked if she could buy some of the half dead plants at a discount and the clerk said he did not have the authority and the one who did was not there. Kmart had a chance to sell a few plants here to this poor lady. This clerk couldn't be at all places at the same time. I felt sorry for him and the lady. Bottom line, I think there should be at least 2 people working the plant area. I also think Kmart should not allow false advertising.

On 5/5/08 I shopped at store #4315 In Iowa City, Iowa and my receipt #04315 050508 003 29072 also said to go to website kmartfeedback.com concerning a $2, 500 Kmart gift card. There is no such website. It brought me here to make a complaint. The store is fine except for being horribly hot in the summers. The only complaint I have is that there is no chance to win a $2, 500 gift card. I agree with others that this is false advertising and I also will think again before I shop at our K Mart. This store is the only one in the Iowa City/Coralville area so we are stuck if we want something definitely out of your ad. I am thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau in our area, I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to call them. Also. one time I was in this store and you had a huge deal on a huge picture with motion and sound. I suffer from depression and anxiety and for a long time wanted something like this. It waas originally $99 and it was marked down to $25. I grabbed it because it was the last one. When I got up to the register the clerk said this is broken and it was supposed to have been taken away. Your employee did not do his job and caused me a very much disappointment. Too bad I wasn't given a rain check or the store trying to locate another one from another store and have it shipped, but no way. Guess the store does not follow common sense let alone curtiousness as far as the K Mart name. Guess you really don't care about your companys name very much. Again this website deal is an out and out lie by your company. Has anyone ever sued you over this? It might just happen when your not looking.
I wanted to say, the help I received at K. Mart in Dickson City was extaordinaily great, as even tho., the salesgirl was busy elsewhere, she came & stayed at the jewlery counter, longer than usual, to help me make up my mind about two pair of earrings for my neices first confirmation. Not pushy to make a sale, just helpful & respectful of my needs, whic I really appreciated.
I have worn your knit pants by Basic Edition for at least thirty years. I don't kow what has happened but this last few times I have gotten large which I have had some of mine for ten years or more and still wear them but the new large size is to tight in the legs. now I don't know why they changed the sizing but there is a lot of us fat people in this world that needs the width in the legs. Yes I do enjoy shopping at my kmart store and I always find what I need for my cleaning supplies . but there is one thing that you did carry and always in stock but the last two months you haven't had the product in stock and that product is my[ MOUNTAIN FRESH DOWNY] and maybe you can start having more often.
