I very rarely shop at Kmart, because every time I do I say to myself I'll never go back there again. Well my husband & I did go in for the sale on kitty litter. Much to our surprise they had it in stock. Unfortunately, it was on the very top shelf. First my husband went to customer service to ask if someone could come with a ladder to help us because there was no one on the floor. After waiting about 15 minutes I went to customer service and also asked for someone to help us get the kitty litter down. At that point the women did call someone to help us. By the time I walked back to the pet dept. the kid was helping my husband , but he did tell my husband he didn't like his attitude. I had left my shopping cart there and this salesperson had emptied my items onto a shelf. How's that for a bad attitude. I say stay away from the Lake Havasu City,AZ Kmart. I was not happy with my last purchase in Kmart because the movie I bought it wasn't in the case .And I talked to the person who was incharge there and she said that I have to get the same movie but they dind't have they run out of stock and I have to wait until they bring it.The lady said that it was strange that the movie was not there.But I'm not stilling a 14.99 movie thats nothing.my receipt *03725 031808 006 36263
I went shopping at the Kmart store in my hometown and when I rec'd the receipt it said to go tyou your website Kmart feedback.com and enter you 19 digit receipt # . I am not a person who normally enters contests or shop at Kmart, but I was impressed with you jewelry dept and the fact that you are basically the only chain that still has lay-way which is really nice since I am a single mother of 3. I don't understand why you advertise the survey when you have none. Am I on the wrong site? I love shopping at K-Mart better then Wal-mart. I do drive 45 miles to the closest store.

My receipt number is 04301 032008 005 62911.The store number is4301 in Lima, Ohio.I have never been to a store of ANY kind worse than that store. They advertise a product on sale but you can go in the first day of the sale and they are out. They do not refill the items till the sale is over. They take your name and phone number down for your raincheck and NEVER EVER CALL YOU BACK! I HATE that store and will NEVER go back in that dump.
I shopped at kmart store in Windgap, PA today. It was my first visit there and I was realy impressed. The store was nice and clean. The employees were very kind and generous. I was very impressed by the way that the employees that I saw greeted me with a smile or just by saying hi.I was looking for a toaster for my daughter for her birthday. The employee was very nice, he took me to the product, well there were none on the shelf, he went in the back and checked to see if they hhad the one i wanted. they did not. He called another kmart store to see if theyhad it for me, in the meantime I found out that there was a better one at the same price, that i took . When the employee came back i thanked him for the trouble that he went threw for me, but i found a better one for the same price. I would return to the store.

I shopped at store #3094 and I have to say that the employees have very nasty attitudes and are not helpful at all. I wandered around the store trying to find the Easter stuff, that should have been in the front, but instead was in the back of the store. I wanted to get in and out quick but wasted so much time. An employee could have saved me that time. No wonder people shop at Wal-mart!!! That Kmart will not get my business again!!
I also have the K-Mart feedback and chance to win 2500.00 and it is not anywhere. The only thing i find is more surveys and questions. I believe this is considered false advertisement.

I do not have pleasant experiences shopping at K-Mart. I recently bought som bathroom furnishings at KMart and they were pretty expensive (Martha Scott designed). I was in process of buying new house and was shopping for it. When I tried using the pieces in my new home, they were totally wrong and since the receipt was lost in moving, I returned merchandise and was re-imbursed for the lowest sale price in a 6-month period. I lost a total of over $200. The only thing I kept was a mat for bathtub. It does not have suction pads on the bottom and is dangerous. Both my husband and I have fallen due to the unsafe mat. There is no way to return it and I am considerin fileing a law suit against both KMart and Martha Scott. Ruth Perrigan
I am very disappointed to know that there is no place on your website to enter for the $2, 500 kmart gift card. Why would you guys put this on the receipt if in fact it is not true. I shopped at Wal-Mart and entered into their sweepstake with no problem. I guess Wal-Mart is a better store. At least they are stand behing their word. That's more important to me than any gift card. I will no longer shop at K-mart. I rather spend the extra money on gas to get to Wal-Mart than to be made a fool!
