I love to walk around the store and see all the things displayed. I happen to be checking the 5x8 rugs and before I knew it the rug fell on me, no biggie, I just put them back in place, didn't hurt. I continued my walk on to the ladies underwear area, I picked up a fallen item, (I always pick up what I see fallen)hung it, when I felt a metal rack fall on my back, luckily a saleslady was close and I yelled as I could not move, she helped to straightened it back up. A accident report was made and later the KMart Office called to see if all was find with me. Which it was. This accident hasn't changed my mind about shopping at KMart.
This is what I think about K-mart. I rarely go because of this reason. They are dishonest. 80% of their employees have a MAJOR attitude problem. They WASTE WAY TO MUCH PAPER! You have to dig through things to find something that isnt nearly torn or broken. And as for the Survey. Does nnot suprise me that it was full of Sh*t! As always Kmart sucks!!! AND STOP WASTING SO MUCH DAMN PAPER! IT RIDICULOUS!!! AND LUDICRIS!!! I went to your Kmart Store #4033 in Tennessee. I shop this store and another location in town every week if not more. When I got home, I checked my receipt as usual and noticed it said to tell you about my experience shopping and I could win $2,500.00. My receipt# is: 04033-121707-004-82136. My receipt is ususally longer than a door; but I came late with my surgery knee hurting and could not walk that long. I tried to use your electric chair(s), so I got on the first one and got to one aisle and it would not go any further, it was DEAD!!! My daughter say the other one and got it and rode it to me and I was then at ease because I wanted to shop some. This one took me for about 15-20 minutes... Well, you know by the time you go down the middle of the store and turn left, you guessed it.... it stopped completely as well!!! I pushed with my other foot to the end aisle where the candles were and put me 2 nice candles in there and on the advertised end was paper towels and I reached and got one of those along with a measuring cup that I was looking for to begin with. That was my whole purpose in coming to Kmart. But did you know NOT even One employee of Kmart offered to help me when they say me trying to push with my left decent leg trying to make it to the checkout because I could not shop no more because the chair was dead. I left my cell phone at home to which I normally always have it with me to call who brought me to call when I am finished. But no... not even ONE employee of Kmart offered to help push me in that chair to the check-out and several of them saw me trying hard to get up that aisle and that made me very angry. The employees that I saw were standing at the counter where you buy videos, readjusting clothes hung up on racks and some just walking thru the store laughing together. I was not a happy camper... Anyway, sorry so long, but I had to share my experience with you on my shopping experience at Kmart. Please let the managers know about this at that store because that is crazy for those employees to have ignored me like that when they could have asked to help me, especially when they were doing nothing and I could not walk that far to the register and the chair was out of juice...
My husband I went to store # 3876 in ATHENS, TN. I will not be going back. I had to deal with 2 very rude rude sales people. I can't find the feedback web site to enter either. SHAME ON YOU.

I tried looking for kmartfeedback.com myself and could'nt find it but then i searched thru google (it is'nt listed on yahoo) and then i found it, i then did the survey and entered for the $2500 kmart gift card.
I also tried to enter the sweepstakes and could not find a place to put my receipt number, which is 04724-121807-006-41403. This is the most confusing web site I have ever visited. K-Mart should have to pay the people who tried to take this survey for wasting our time!!!
Went to K-Mart at Hazard, Ky. Store # 7627 was treated very rudely Cashier (Tiffany) acted like she couldn't wait until we left her line never said thank you or anything won't shop there again.
I was shopping in K-Mart today, 12-19-07, and found that they did not have in stock the items that I wanted, but I was willing to try another product instead. I have not tried them on as yet, but will later today. The one big complaint that I have with my shopping today is that they only had one register opend and there was a line of about six people, which isn't many, but when you have a lot to do this time of the year, it is very inconvenient. Especially around the Christmas Season, there should have been more cashers to manouver the large amount of shoppers. In addition, we from Tortola, BVI, at least, at a given time taking our boat time into consideration, some provisions should be made for us to avoid us missing our Ferry and with the traffic and so on. We enjoy shopping in St. Thomas and, that's my family and I had to suffered the expense and slept over because we missed our boat due to this long line in Kmart and on the road.

How can anyone complete a survey if we cannot find one?? Is that Kmart's way of getting out of paying the $2,500?? I hope not. At least I have to say I am happy to say that the restroom is much cleaner and the fitting room doors I believe have locks on them now. You did listen, Thank you. I appreciate it.
