there was no site to fill out a survey. I am very disappointed in whomever is responsible for this situation and I think you owe the public an explanation.

My experence at Kmart was very good ,the lady who help me with jewerly was very helpful and my experence very happy and mad me want shop there all the time for the holidays.
I also have a receipt #09392 121307 009 28201. I tried putting your website on the top address line and it brought me right back to here. I've done K-mart surveys before never had a problem. Can't understand what happened. Pleased with the store & employees but very disappointed with not getting to do the survey. Merry Christmas, would have loved to spend $2500 gift card at your store.
Cannot find site too enter in reciept number so here it is: 09335 121-07 006 54332 there is a space because reciept came out wrinkled that sucks. This was at store number 9335 So much for entering survey...

She was rude and almost threw us out of the store, so we felt. Try to find help was like finding gold in the sky. When yo did find help they did not have a clue to what you were talking about. You need to hire people in the department that know the protuct that you are selling or at least know where to go or who to ask to find the right answers , between you and Sears you need to spend more money and time on training. Will not be shopping at sears nor Kmart if I do not have to and I have done alot of big purcheses at both stores in the past year and to bad, that the store s have come to this level.
