Lost ATM card! Complaint Rating: On 23 December, 2005 I lost my SBI ATM card. I got it blocked immediately and then a week later applied for a new ATM card. But it has been more than an year and I have not yet received the new ATM card. What a poor service!

sir/Madam, I have a ATM card issued from Deshbandhuroad Branch, Purulia, West Bengal but my card got block due to the insertion of wrong pin code.And i am now in Bilashpur, Madhyapradesh.Please suggest how can I avail my card again and how much time it will take to make it unblock? my ATM no. is 6220181022700005716.Please inform me as soon as posible. i have opended a personal savings in account with SBI Shamsheer gunj, hyderabad, india branch. From the time i opened the account i have applied for debit card eight times. but there is no response till now. what a poor service, atleast the banking staff doesnt behave properly with the account holders. they will be very rudely replying.When someone comes for enquiry, he has to just roam each and every corner of the bank to get the information. i am not at all satisfied with the service provide by SBI. Atleast they should learn from these private banks how they respond to their customes. Well i request the concerned authorities to take the necessary and the needfull action so that the accont holders doesnt have to face these difficulties.
