Charge 39.95 to my debit card!

I was suppose to get a cd in the mail. It never showed up. I have been on the web site once. I didn't want the service after I was on the site. I got money deducted over the long Thanksgiving Weekend. I would like my money put back in my checking account. I am sure that I won't so business with you ever again. Some pretty shoddy business practices. I am not pleased at all. If I have over draft charges, BSM Grant Search is going to pay them too.

I too just found a charge on my account for something that we never received. I searched all over the internet to try to find a number where i could reach a real person to speak with and I was able to find 1-800-546-2919 and able to call between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. est m-f. They claimed that they would refund my money within 3-5 business days, I also received confirmation codes, we will see what happens. I hope that this can help come of you. Good Luck

I to have had a charge to my account for 39.95. I have not received anything as promised from this company. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from this company to stop this from happening again!!! If anyone can help please do!!! I will certainly not be ordering from online again unless paypal is involved!! I was trying to help my son and look what has happened now. This company is terrible and should be fined as well as out of business and made to pay each and every person back they stole from!!!!!!!!

I just looked at my banking statement I noticed that they have taken a total of about $50 dollars out of my acct. I have no ides why they charged me. I tried looking for a website for this company and had no luck. I did however call the customer service number someone else listed but they are closed for the holiday. How convient. If anyone has their website please list it.

I order the cd, like everybody else. Now i get my bank statement and I owe over 100 bucks on shit i did not authorized. I try calling and i was on hold for more than 20min. I do not know what to do. They won't answer. If you get to read this I hope this does not happent to you. I think I am going to cancel my card. I read many stories like mine and i wish these could stop . And no one gets take ,like this

i agree with everyone who said that they have taken money and not signing up for nothing. All i wanted was the cd for 1.97 s/h and since then they have caused my accout to go into overdraft because of it and wont pay any overdraft fees back.

I just spoke with Melissa at BSM and I told her that today I spoke with the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General and Las Vegas License Board to have there license pull. I couldn't even finish what I had to say. She said ok your money will be refund, I said when?They claim that my money will be in my acount 3 to 5 business days instead of 5 to 10. I also told her that I did a fraud report with my bank and if they go anywhere near my account me and the bank will sued, and keep the CD that I never got. She told me that I had a seven day trial period and that I would be charged 39.95. I said How in the hell can I be charge a 7-day trial period for a CD that I never got. When people say it sounds to good to be true, it is I'm with you on that. I have learn my lesson. I want try to purchase nothing on-line again.

As the same as most you all, I too was charged. I just found out about it and called(1800-986-2640). I first talked to someone named "Marcey" who spoken broken english. I told her about these charges and all she could say is that I should have read it better. After trying to get her to understand that I had read it all carefully I had her stay on the line and help me to try and find where on the web site it said that I would be charged an extra 39.95 and 7.95 each month after 7 days. Unable to find the web site again, I told her I would call back if I could not find it. 10-15 minutes later I tried to call back and got a busy signal, so I tried a different number(1866-370-7270). It took me to the same place and same person, But this time her named was "Marc".I had told "Marc" that I had just called and canceled my membership and wanted a refund of the money. With no questions asked, I got a confirmation number that the money would be back on my card within 3-5 business days. While looking for their site I found this one and told her that. Maybe that is what made her refund my money so quick. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

YEP, count me as another "BSM $39.95 CASUALTY". When I checked my bank Visa there they were. Bless the person who e mailed you their 1-866-396-5694. I will be scalding their ears and threatening litigation "Big Time" Monday morning. And will change my account if this doesn't work. We need to sue this slippery slime pot bunch. They have stolen from the wrong person. Tomorrow I will personally sit down with my States Attorney and show him the illegal charges made to my card. I will also present a copy of these and other complaints.

I am also forwarding copies of this to the Internet Fraud department of the FBI as well as the major Credit Card Companies.

I ALSO WAS CHARGED THE 39.95 BY BSM/GRANT SEARCH ASST WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AND I FOUND YOUR SITE AND PICK A NUMBER FROM ONE OF THE COMPLAINTS (1-866-396-5694) AND I RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AFTER I TOLD HER I THOUGHT THIS WAS A FORM OF FRAUD. THAT GOT HER ATTENTION AND I RECEIVED MY REFUND IN ONLY 4 DAYS. BOY WAS I RELIEVED NEEDLESS TO SAY I CHANGED MY DEBIT CARD AND WILL NEVER GIVE IT OUT AGAIN THANKS FOR YOUR SITE IT GOT ME RESULTS AND GOD BLESS ALL.

I TOO WAS SCAMMED I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING LIKE THIS AND I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IT TO STOP WITH NO LUCK I WAS CHARGED 1.99 AND THEN 39.95 IN FEB. They got me too. twice for 39.95 and twice for 7.95 and of course .99 cents. They are connected to NetworkAgenda which I previously had been charged 9.95 and had the charge removed. Here's a number i got from networkagenda to call 'GrantMasters' 1-866-370-7270. Check your past statements because if they got you once that you know of they probably got you before. Why isn't the government doing something about this? I know they know because I've written them probably like thousands of others.
