I just wanted to share how I was able to get back online with 360 Share Pro tonight. I signed up for the lifetime membership and had been using the service for a quite while when, a couple of weeks ago I wasn't able to load the program in order to use it anymore.

I went to their site and selected "member login". I then selected the "forgotten password" option. They sent my password/username (never has to use it before now) to me. I used the sign-on and it worked!! I am now downloading again. Only one problem, all of my previous downloads are gone. Some of which I did not transfer to Windows Media Player. But at least it is working again. Try it!
