No download capability!

Have had 360 Share pro for over a year. Worked fine until I tried it today. Can't get it to download. Paid a life time subscription... Did life mean the life span that 360 share lasts before folding up?! What a rip off. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling using my login and passwords. Same thing... No download of program.

This company needs to refund all it's members money, especially lifetime memberships.

I followed these instructions to fix my 360 share like a million times and it worked great!

1. Go to “start” and then choose “run”.
2. In the text box, type in “control panel” and press “ok”.
3. Then double-click on the “add or remove programs” icon.
4. After the list populates, scroll down to the programs starting with the letter, “J”. The programs :
- J2SE Runtime Environment version 5.0 update 11
- Java (TM) SE Runtime Environment version 6 update 1
Should be taken off you computer. The maximum version you can have is version 5.0 update 10.
For Vista user:
Remove
- Java (TM) SE Runtime Environment version 6 update 1
Should be taken off you computer. The maximum version you can have is version 5.0 update 9.

...but for some reason, probably because i am really blonde, i accidentally removed 360 share on the control panel so it isn't showing on my desktop or recycle bin anymore but it's still in the control panel, confusion, if anyone know how to it back on the desktop, you can holla at me, thanks!

I have had a subscription to Bear Share Pro 5.2 in the past. When my subscription ran out I tried to get the program again. Each time I tried to download Bear Share, I wound up with 360 Share Pro. This is a horrible program, loaded with porn pop ups and very limited search capabilities. I ended up calling my credit card company and canceling the charges. I know what I am attempting to download and I end up with this junk. Can't something be done, so that when I try to download Bear Share, that's what I get? Please help smb!

I subscribed to this ages ago but it has never worked, I have tried many times to contact them, they sent some instructions to follow and I tried these many times but they didn't work. I have tried to get my money back but as yet I have had no response. I have no idea what to do next.

Beware this company sucks they take money and program doesn't work, tried their so called tech support wasted valuable time. Beware!!! Don't let them convince u otherwise.

I purchased the lifetime membership about a year ago. It worked fine until now. I had not used it for a while. At first, I thought it was my pc. After trying to contact them, having my email rejected and trying to contact them using their security code and being told that their security code is invalid, I realized it was a scam. I wish some type of action could be taken.
