CIC is billing me monthly for a service I do not use, do not need and can't seem to stop. I will call them, write them, report them to the BBB and to the attorney general. Shame on CIC!

If you want a "TOTALLY FREE CREDIT REPORT" all three bureaus, go to www.annualcreditreport.com. For most states you're allowed 1 free report per year. You can also dispute any err0neous entries to your credit report online. Again, this it TOTALLY FREE, no subscription rip off scheme.

CIC billed my father creidit card twice, and refuse to remove charges. My father is 76 years old. I'm tried of disputing these charges with CIC.The last straw was when they charge him again.His credit card also will not remove charges.We are going to cancel credit credit, and probably end up paying
$24.95& $14.95. There should be something in the laws that would stop them from taking advantage of whomever they want. They are like theives who break in and stealwhen you aren't home.We feel invaded. We should complain to congress, senate, representative etc. Beware of them .everybody should be warned about the theives who steal from you, and do it legal. As many people who complain and nothing is done about these theives. They need to be exposed!

well I see a lot of complaints over this particular online scam and I am just glad that all I had to do was notice the charge on my checking statement online today April 16, call Wells Fargo phone bank and they are doing all the work for me. They filed a fraud report on my account, gave me a confirmation # and stopped pay at no charge to me, the $14.95 charge that was posted today, and I happened to notice I had two other $14.95 charges for Feb 19 and March 17 as well. Somehow I had not noticed this before. However Wells Fargo is going to take care of it. I did a FREE EXPERIAN credit report online a few months ago and apparently seeing these other complaints, that is where it originated. I don't recall having to ever put in my debit card # though. Wells is issuing me a new debit card too so now the bills I pay online I will have to supply the new # for them but if I did not know it before, I know it now. Wells Fargo is one of the safest most secure accounts to have. This was easier than in the past, filing a dispute on a credit card over ten years ago.

My advice to anyone else experiencing this NOW is to just contact your bank or creditors at once and request they help you file a fraud report. I don't even want to call this CIC Triple Advantage. The last thing I need is to work up a headache trying to explain this to them and then like someone said, they disconnect you or tell you they don't issue refunds. That is all bullcrunch.

When Wells Fargo asked me if I would like to press charges against this company, after having done a Yahoo keyword search on Triple Advantage 877-4816825 CA and seeing all the complaintz ... you bet!! This company needs to be stopped.

I never EVER thought I would get involved in an online scam especially when that seemed like such a safe way to get my credit report. It seems legitimate and I still don't recall EVER being told about any charges. I hope my input has helped someone ...

I received a recommendation from Consumer Credit Counseling to visit this site: freecreditreport.com and I, too, was under the impression that this Credit Monitoring was an optional feature; not that it was automatic. This is much like VistaPrint when you order free business cards, they begin making charges to your account. I had trust in CCCIS and Experian...they're just like everyone else...do whatever it takes to scam people out of their money. It's too bad Uncle Sam cannot put a stop to this. I'm now going to file a complaint with the BBB, Adjutant General and I'm going to report fraud and have all my account numbers changed. It doesn't appear thru all the research I've done that anyone has been successful with getting their money back from these criminals.

This is a hoax. I want this charge stopped immediately and my money refunded. I never agreed to a monthly charge or report, nor have I used this service even once that I am aware of. My next step will be the local news troubleshooter along with a complain to the better business bureau.

I had the same problem...

they were taking 14.95 from my checking account monthly. I finally got on line and googled Cic triple Advantage and the first ting that came up was how to get out of it. I followed the directions, called the toll free and demanded my refund and for them to cancel the account. The lady did try to talk me out of it but i was pretty firm. She said she cancelled me and was going to refund every penny...hopefully!

I too have been charged the $12.00 membership fee. When I requested a refund, they told me that it wasn't a possibility. They also informed me that I would receive an e-mail apromixately 10 minutes after the call ended. We will see if that happens. This company needs to be stopped. I know that if I don't receive the e-mail, I will be calling them again.

CIC Tripe Advantage has stolen nine months of my money from last year.
They have refunded only three months of stolen money, robbed from my account.
CIC triple advantage has gone ahead and denied to return the rest of my money.

They owe me over one hundred and and seventeen dollars.

Yes I agree Partly CIC Triple advantage is a very bad company
that took from me over $117 Dollars. They took from me over One hundred and twenty dollars in one year from my checking account.
This is hard earned money.

And get this they provided me with no services. Repeat, this sentence, they provided me with no services that were usefull.

I strongly agree with everyone on this issue. I just got off the phone with CIC and have cancelled my account but I have received the same issue with the refund that many other people have encountered. I decided to send an email and hope to get a response. Thanks to everyone who has given some information on what to do. Good luck to everyone else.

yes i agree this company is collecting money for nothing.
i was billed and never recieved anything, pin code or report.
im pissed off and i will never attempt to sign up for a online credit report again
