29 Prime Scam over the phone

Complete internet marketing scam company.
They guarantee over the phone first 10 spots in the Google search, by telling that they send data to Google and that Google reserves these spots for them.
After the charge, they do nothing and they will tell you that it was your fault that you give them your credit card.

29 Prime These guys robocall me every day

These guys robocall me every day, not matter how many times you ask them to remove you. If you google them you will see that they are a complete scam and they are using services to post fake reviews on sites like this that won't catch it. Check the yelp reviews! Hard to fake that!

29 Prime Avoid like the plague

I was getting robo calls every day from a company claiming to be Google compliance department trying to get me to pay $199 a month for a front page placement in organic search under local listings. Later I found out these guys are really 29 Prime in Irvine and now the same people are calling me daily and saying they are Relaible Places.

I found out that Reliable Places is the new business name for the sister sales company 29 Prime started so they just basically changed the name but keep robo calling! I have done everything to stop them, complained, asked to be taken off the list, registered on their website to stop calling, informed them that I am on the do not call registry, let them know it was a cell phone they were calling... Nothing has worked.

The first call I was tempted to go with the service they said it was 199 a month for organic first page listings with a money back guarentee... I am SO glad I didn't do it. Just google their company names and you will see how bad they really are!

Buyer Beware! They are also running under several small site names claiming those copied sites are "independent affiliates" but it is their website, their material, their services being sold!

29 Prime Didn't receive the order

29-Prime.com is online company located in California. I ordered from them and transferred $700 to their account. They thanked me for money and order. I waited a month but didn’t receive the order. I decided to ask the money back, but they told that they don’t practice refund.

I have been with the company five months and nothing happens. They do not know what they are doing. They make all kinds of promises and fail to deliver on all of them except charging you for services not rendered.

29 Prime SCAMMMERS

Looks like these scammers are at it again! They got so much bad press for lying and pretty much scamming people out of their money. Reliable Places is a Scam. Reliable Places just [promises that they'll get business on the first page of google for good keywords. What a scam. What a ripoff reliable places is. Reliable Places is such a rip off because they barely make your business show up for your own name, let alone keywords that people are using. The owner, Russell Wallace is the scammer behind it all. This looks like the 4th or 5th time Russel Wallace has re-named his company, now Reliable Places, because he scams hard working americans out of their money, gets a bunch of complaints, then just re-brands again. The reason I'm using the phrase "Reliable Places Scam" is because I know a thing or two about SEO. I know that if I continue to mention to you that reliable places is a scam and reliable places is a rip off, that it will help this complaint show up on Google to help warn good people not to use Reliable Places if they do not want to be scammed or ripped off.

I would be very cautious when any unsolicited SEO company contacts your business claiming they found you on-line, that they have done a review of your web-site stating "We can get you! better results." I have personally experienced this form of solicitation, and fell for their pitch from firms such as 29 Prime / Reliable places claiming the same end result only to have been scammed out of thousands of dollars.

In my case they offered to place my website on the first page of several search engines for a monthly fee per market, or fixed price. they claimed that within 60 day, or less, they would have my website showing up on the front page, or it's "FREE." Don't you fall for it, I am my company and am personally pursuing legal action against one of these mentioned firms. First of all when they were not able to place me they blamed me for not giving them the CODE the Google sent me, well I didn't get the CODE to Send them, then they claimed it was my website that prevented them from getting me placed as they had promised, that I would have to hire them or an ISP consultant to make my website show better. "that's not what they told me on the initial phone call soliciting my business. Not to mention the automatic role-over to their monthly payment plan wherein it would cost my 3, 000.00 per market andi had agreed to 2markets for a fixed rate of nearly 1, 500.00.
I am hopeful that others that have been ripped-off as I have, will somehow join forces to stop this unscrupulous and unethical business practice of bilking small business owners out of thousands of their HARD EARNED $$$. I'm real and I'm tired of being robbed willingly, thinking that if I only do this my business will survive. I'm not a crook! I work hard for my money and it's time companies like these realize that they can't be conducting themselves in this manner.

AGAIN Stay away from these types of companies, I personally went directly to Google told them my story and talked with them about putting my website on the top of my market area. They had my site up the very next day. I have control on the budget and monies spent - I strongly recommend going directly to the source if you are not Search Engine savvy like me. You can get great results - NO, I DON'T WORK FOR GOOGLE " am Design/Build General Contractor.

I worked for them when they operated as Reliable Listings. "Scam" could be too strong a word. "Ripoff" maybe. The problem was they just didn't do what they claimed they would do and then continued to charge clients and making it nearly impossible to block the charges on their credit cards. I sold the service while working out of a "boiler room", a telemarketing operation with dozens of us talking on the phone all day as the "robo dialer" kept feeding us small business owners culled from various list services.

Too bad really. What they say they can do isn't rocket science and could be a huge benefit to small businesses. But talking the talk without walking it, is just wrong. So I quit.

It is NOT a scam. I see it working for small business owners all over the country. The proof is in the pudding. You are probably just an SEO consultant yourself trying to scare off customers from YOUR competition. Sad attempt.

29 Prime didnt keep promises and took money out my checkings account

I was contacted by 29 prime. They gave a promise of keeping me infront of the internet audience on 30 search engines available in my area and was promise that any day i could find my name and if i didnt, I wouldn't have to pay a 199.99 fee the following month, they asked for 398.oo upfront. They said they would design a website and would be contacting me for pictures the next week. They said that my companys website would be up and running within 60 days. They also said that my name would would be placed on search engines within 60 days.

30 days after my payment of 398.00, I have had no contact with them, no asking for pictures or for my companys name and logo, but they still took the 199.99 out of my checkings account today. Im upset and thats 597.00 out of my account and i want my money back, they have not contacted me except for taking money -Ron Klenk

Leonard: Telling people to cancel their credit cards is not good advise. This could ruin their credit rating. Just back-charge your credit card. Let the card company fight for you.

29 Prime is a scam company! They keep charging my credit card after I made it clear for them not too. They were suppose to get me up on Google and never did. Cancel your credit cards and report these crooks.

29 Prime is a scam company! Formerly known as Your Local Merchant, the owner Russell Wallace has now changed the name for the 5th time in 3 years! Defines unethical business practices! There foundation of 29 prime is based on the company merging with another. Yet the other company is your local merchant! So Russell shuts down yet another name(YLM) buys it for a $1 then opens up new shop after screwing not only customers nut his own staff and calls it 29 prime. WOW BRILLIANT ACQUISITION Russell. This guy schemes on opening up a boiler room, hiring dirtball telemarketers to lie over the phone to get a sale, bring in what revenue he can, then once he hits so many accounts, shut the company down, not pay reps, new name and figures he will also have a fresh start while avoiding all consumer complaints under the old name. Everything is lie including there physical address! BUYER BEWARE...REALLY $600 SET UP FEE? you might want to improve your telemarketers pitch before trying to collect that. Just stating "250 directories and bleeding your company name out to several cities wont cut it bud! First off that is nothing more than BS! This guy is comical...

This is one of THOSE SEO scam companies which loves to annoy business owners with robo-marketing calls promising top Google placement. They even go so far as to imply that they are affiliated with Google. You can try the automated opt-out (it will do no good), you can tell them to stop (it will do no good), you can file a complaint to the FTC through the do not call registry - even if your number is not on the registry (it will probably do no good). What does seem to have some effect is to go after their reputation - they deserve a bad one. They made the mistake of buying into the BBB accreditation program which means that they must respond to complaints. Anyone who receives one of their Robo-calls from the number [protected] should immediately file a complaint to the BBB and reopen the original complaint every time they get another call. Also submit appropriate feedback on any online review sites you can find. Finally submit an FTC complaint via http://www.donotcall.gov They will only stop this practice if the cost/pain of continuing exceeds the profit of their illegal robo-calling practice.

29 Prime Scamming under new name

Russell Wallace has now opened the doors for the 4th time in 3 1/2 years to his new company name...29 prime! Russell has a track record of being a fly by night and operating scam telemarketing operations for local SEO. Check out reliable listing, ilocal sem, your local merchant and now 29 prime. The facts are all there for everyone to see and believe me, there are enough to keep you busy and want to stay away from this ###. He feels the way to operate a business is to sign up as many clients as Forrest(sales closer) can sell with an agreement for a minimum of 3 months off of there press 1 campaign that hits nationwide claiming they are google's 411 service calling to update your profile. Since they know they won't be able to do anything for you, Russell has learned from his failures that if he has a signed contract with 3 months, he can charge you. If his tele scam boiler room can pump out sales each week...you can see how Russell banks on several clients a month for a minimum of 3 months of payment. He has scammed employees out of money by his midnight move tactics and destroyed the market for small business owners on front page placement. This is not a competitor nor an ex employee...what i have provided here are nothing more than FACTS that can be viewed by typing in the ex companies he has constructed. Attorney generals have received several complaints and get a kick out of this clown...like any scam telemarketing operation, they all get about 4-6 years of destroying peoples lives before they are shut down. You cant operate under deceptive business practices with this kind of lack on integrity and stay out of the spotlight...buyer beware! Do your research before paying to have your online profile managed! There are some ethical companies that have been in business for years under the same name! Again i repeat...what has been presented here is FACT. Russell Wallace, Forrest Blackburn and 29 prime...scammers at it again under new name and scamming the marketplace.

Here is what to do...print out all negative reviews you can find on 29 prime along with Russell Wallace (CEO), Your local Merchant, ilocalsem, Reliable Listing. Type these company names previously owned by Russell Wallace into the computer, followed by scam. You will be able to find an endless amount of information on Russell's scam SEO companies that he has been setting up and shutting down as a fly by night for the past 4 years. The California Attorney General that you want to contact is Kamala D. Harris. You can ask for M. Scott or J. Salazar, both in the public inquiry unit for Kamala D. Harris. There phone number for the office of Kamala Harris Attorney General is [protected]. You must also write to the attorney general and include all scam related posts and stress the fact of how this company and individual is extremely fraudulent. Physical Address for the Attorney General is P.O. Box 944255 Sacramento, CA [protected]. Its important to make a copy of everything. Believe me, Russell does not know what is coming his way. He thought losing his main merchant account for the first time after ripping customers off and finally getting his account shut down at Your Local Merchant(previous name to 29 prime) was a learning experience. File a complaint with the attorney general today to have this scammer Russell Wallace and 29 prime shut down! Included is a picture of Russell Wallace. There office is located in Mission Viejo, CA off of Jeronimo and Acero. 29 Prime posts that their physical address is located in Newport Beach. This is set up to try and stay under the radar as they do not operate out of Newport Beach. It is also imperative to contact Santa Ana FBI office re: Russell Wallace and known entities.

They lied and lied. Amen. They insisted they were Google. This number on my caller id [protected], if you call it they say This is Google voice. They send a message to your cell phone that says "Google" and your number. They give you a "Google Verification" number. They use the word Google to deceive you. They reel you in with "updating" your "Free Google" account . They ran on and on about how bad my web site optimization is, they went on and on about I did not even show up properly and they would help, because they are Google. Do not listen to anyone who works there ever. They are notorious scammers. There are numerous businesses that got nothing for their money. They are a scam.

I tried their one months trial offer then cancelled after the first month then he proceeded to bill our credit card illegally 159.00 for the next 8 months. I filed a claim with my cc company and they will be refunding me. I will be contacting the state attorney general. I am sure he is going to be investigated along with all of those idiot customer service ###s.

Best thing to do is get them worked up into thinking they have a sucker on the phone. Be sure to give a false name and slightly change your voice since they record the calls for proof you accepted their [censored] offer. Then after a few minutes ask them if they swallow? or if they are a pitcher or a catcher? or if they have ever taken it in the rear while on an elevator? If this happens enough they will seek other employment leaving the company with no one to do their dirty work.

This is a total sham company - these people have called me dozens of times and I have, on countless occassions, followed the instructions for having my number removed. To no avail. They keep calling. By checking these complaint forums I found out that the number calling me is from a company currently named 29 Prime - their number is on their website: www.29prime.com - I called a bunch of times trying to get a supervisor, they keep saying he's not available, what a bunch of bull. There seems to be only 2 people answering the phone Kelly and Marcus, if you have a problem with these people, I'd suggest hitting them where it hurts, so to speak, just start calling them incessantly, if everyone with a gripe against them does this on a regular basis, they'll be so busy answer complaint phone calls that they won't be able to stay in business. Their number is [protected]...start calling and don't stop. Give them a taste of their own medicine!

Boss made the mistake of signing up with 29prime, once I got here I decided to do some investigation as more SEO companys contatcted him trying to sell there services, what I have read here and other places is scary! So today about 20 min ago 29 prime called because there are billing issues>? I giggled and said I think the issue might be every phone number we have for you is diconnected, she sounded shocked and assured me I could reach her at the number I already had even went on to give me her extention. I then said I will call you back at the number and extention you provided as soon as we hang up and as long as I can reach you we will take care of any billing issues there may be... hung up, dialed the number the woman gave me less than 1 min before and surprise surprise the number is disconnected! Beware!
