Ryan Harsha is facing felony charges in MD for working as a contractor with no license and taking over $10, 000 from a homeowner without completing work. He will be in court for that soon. He also was charged with assault in CA a few years back and almost killed the woma. He is an ex from 7 years ago he is a horrible person. I am VERY happy he is in jail : )

Ryan Harsha of 24hourID has been sentenced in DC to six months in jail and 3 years of supervised probation for running a fake ID business. He still has charges and indictments pending in Maryland for running a fake home improvement business. I can tell you that he plea bargained in DC for the six months and that Homeland Security confiscated all of his materials, including his databases of customers. My guess is he is willing to roll over on anyone he gave a fake ID to. Fore warned is fore armed.

Ryan Harsha is currently incarcerated by the Washington DC penal system; he is being held without bond since he is deemed a flight risk. That'll happen when you are a fugitive from justice on Felony indictments for two years and you're caught hiding, living under an assumed name and running a fake I.D. business.

Update: Ryan Harsha has been caught in DC under the name "Lee Majors" by ICE/Homeland Security running a fake ID business. They confiscated all of his gear (printers, laminates, photos, etc) and he is under indictment in Superior Court awaiting trial. Meanwhile, he's in the process of being extradicted to Maryland to face numerous charges for running a fake home improvement business and swindling a lot of people out of tens of thousands of dollars. It's a safe bet that Mr. Harsha (or Majors, hahahaha) is going to do significant time. A word to the wise. You little scammers out there with your fake ID's doing Lord knows what, Homeland Security now has your information (yes, they have 24hourID's entire customer database) and I wouldn't be surprised that you are the next targets. Fake ID's used to be laughed at as 16 year olds trying to buy beer; however, they're now seen as weapons used by terrorists to inflict damage on the US and our friends. Don't be stupid, get rid of it.

Ryan Harsha will appear in court in Charles County on January 9, 2015 to answer for Violation of Parole. He hid for a couple of years from two misdemeanor charges and one felony indictment in Charles. He also has court appearances slated for Anne Arundel on felonies in February and still has an outstanding warrant in Calvert. This guy is going to going to jail.

I read all these reviews before I decided to take my chances and go for it. When I first contacted him, he was very responsive. Even after I sent him the money, he assured me that my ID had shipped. I would ask him for any sort of evidence that he had either worked on my ID or that he had shipped it and he avoided those questions. When I told him repeatedly after 3 weeks that I still had not received it and politely asked him if he had written down the address correctly, he ignored all my emails. It has now been almost two months and I am out $150 and have no ID. I don't know if he actually makes IDs for some people, but I got scammed.

I ordered my id from this person about two months ago and at first they were responding very quickly but they got my money they stopped replying to any of my emails. My friend and her sister actually received there ids and they do work i was hoping that maybe they changed their email address any word on that?

The guy who runs 24hourid is named Ryan Harsha, a known scam artist and current fugitive as he is wanted in 2 states on multiple fraud and theft charges. You can look up his lengthy scam history on Maryland case search. The police have already been notified of his latest scam and he can't run forever.

He is not a scam but doesn't always respond and you most likely will not get it when you tell him you need it, I paid him last week he said he was sending it last week, then Monday, then didn't respond and finally did and still has not sent it... Not a scam but not super reliable, if I don't get my ID I at least want my money back.

He scammed an ENTIRE group of 7 people. At first he sent us ID's that de-laminated and took over a month to get. Then he convinced us that he will send us Illinois ID's instead and they look okay at best. His photoshop skills suck and NONE OF THEM SCAN. What is the point if the ID can't scan and the picture barely passes? This ### got over $800 and we couldn't even use them. Now every one of my friends are pissed at ME. He now ignores me after calling me "a little ###" but anyone would start ### after you send them ### ID's at premium price! He goes by 24hourexpressnew@gmail.com BE warned.

24Hour ID is legit, anyone who is posting that they are a ripoff or claiming they are scam artists are full of crap and obviously trying to bring down the top business in the competition. He is very responsive with his customers and will answer any and every question without giving "attitude". His IDs look flawless, and the ID you order is the ID you receive in a very reasonable amount of time. He made my ID for me the day I paid, even shipped it out the same day. I have ordered an ID from IDCheif when it was up and running but their cheap off-color IDs and extremely slow shipping time can't even compare to 24HourID. I am a proud customer of this business and recommend it to everyone and anyone looking for the best ID out on the market today. Look at the video proof on youtube, his customer review videos, he is LEGIT and the BEST at we he does.

I will admit, this guy is not a scam but he is a [censored] and that is for sure. I had ordered from him a little over a month ago and received my product a couple of days ago after he had told me that I would receive it a few days after I had ordered. After constantly contacting him about the shipment of my ID, he had repetitively made up excuses. I was beginning to think I wouldn't receive my ID. Finally, he sent my ID a month later and I was anything but happy about the product. Not to mention, I had ordered two IDs and only received one. Anywho, the hologram and everything on the ID had been correct but the signature looked absolutely fake and being one who is well-aware of how to use photoshop, it was clear to see that the photo was cropped and my photograph was noticeably further away than the real IL IDs. I contacted 24hourid to see why I hadn't received my second ID and he said he would remake one and then I had also asked him if I could scan a picture of my signature for him to place on the ID instead of the scrappy one that he had tried to use. From that he flipped out and immediately started being a ### so I decided to just say screw it and resort to another ID maker that I had heard of. After seeing my fair share of fake IDs, this one had by far been the worse. It's unfortunate that ID chief is no longer around. On a positive note, I would HIGHLY recommend new-id. I have a friend that had just recently ordered from them and it's definitely ID chief quality yet even better. Overall, don't even think twice about waisting your time ordering from 24hourid unless you wan't to get caught with a noticeable fake, possibly be fined a couple hundred of dollars, have a felony, and look like an idiot. I'm making an effort to comment on as many reviewer sites as possible because I wouldn't want anyone to undergo the negative experiences tied to ordering from 24hourid. Take my advice.

I don't know how this got out of hand but even though there are people claiming that he is a Scammer, I am someone who received their id from him a week with no problems.I am not close personal friend that he just told to do this for, i am just a satisfied customer who happily recieved their id. I honestly can say that no other id maker can be more legit than this guy because what person would give out their number and email if it wasn't to help benefit you, he even made youtube videos to prove it as well. And yes he does have a policy where you pay first and then he makes the id, i was iffy about it at first as well bc that is how people can steal your money, BUT ONLY BECAUSE he doesn't want people scamming him and saying they're gonna pay and he went through all that work to make sure the id is made for them. Plus he won't show who he is only bc of privacy reasons, anybody could possibly contact him who could get the business shut down and he tries to prevent that from happening so thats why he stays anonymous. However he is real and IS NOT A SCAMMER!

24hour id is a scam. At the very least half a scam(scamming some and making a few). I told him about 5 of us wanted an Id but we wanted proof of one of the ids being made first. He told me he would show me proof of my id before I send payment. Its even on his form that he'll email proof first. He said he'd have the id done the next day and then send the proof. When I sent him all my info and never heard from him for 3 days I emailed him and he told me to call him. I called and he gave me this story that some guy just ripped him off by having him make one without paying and now I have to pay him first before he makes it. He obviously never had plans on making my id because mine was suppose to be made 2 days prior to our call. I just hung up on the dude. He also told me his parents died and left him a bunch of money so I wondered why are you doing this then. Whats even funnier is he keeps acting like he is "accidentally" forwarding me emails of proof to fake people like he is proving he did their ids first and now they need to send the payment.

This is totally false, I got my id from 24hourid recently and the id looks AMAZING and I got it in no more than a week. Maybe your order got lost or something in the mail, but the guy makes sure that everything is good and they are always avaliable if you need anything or have any questions. THEY ARE NOT SCAMMMERS!
