They have a minimum $150 order, so I needed 30 dozen bracelets for a school dance and other items to get to $150- they called and said the bracelets were on backorder until the middle of May. They said "if we don't hear from you by the end of business today, we will cancel your order." I didn't call- since I found someone else to supply the bracelets and ordered them that night. The next day 1toystore.com called and spoke to my husband (who didn't know any of this was going on) and told him the bracelets were in and would be shipping sat am-usually this would be great- but I had ordered the others- I tried calling, but being Good Friday, they had left early and my order shipped- I called to explain that I don't need 60 dozen bracelets and wanted to return them- she says she would not authorize my return and charge me 30 percent restocking fee.

As far as I knew the order was canceled- now I have to cancel the other order and pay the extra shipping charges with them.
