1st Prom Dress review: Paid extra money for a dress to meet dead line, that was not complete. 6

We ordered a dress from 1st Prom Dress (Molly Lee), paid extra money for it to be here in 15 days and it was not. We called and left an voicemail, Jessica called back told us 3 different stories on what was going on withe thee dress. They received thee money ($259.39) on March thee 12th and should have started on thee dress right away, thee dress should have been back March thee 30th. When she called back she theat it would not be ready till April 17th and prom is April thee 7th. I would like a full refund because it was false advertisement.

I ordered 2 dresses from 1stpromdress.com, one in earch March, one in Sep, both came on time. i contacted them on end of Jan, they told us Feb to April are their peak season, so they recommend me order earlier, then the factory will have enough time. I did as what they told me, though it took almost 23 days to get it, it still come on time, and it fits me perfectly and looks beautiful. For the dress i ordered in Sep, it came only in 10 days, maybe the dress i ordered is very simple, i believe so.

I got my dress from 1stpromdress.com and I am so happy with it. I was also very impressed with the customer service, especially the phone call to check my measurements! The dress is very well sewn.

I have the same situation my prom is may 3rd and the dress was promised to me before the event but it's now Tuesday the day after they said it would be here and it's not. I've called and emailed and they've told me that they'll be shipping it out on may 3rd which is my prom. I'm not satisfied and I'm planning on getting a full refund from this lying company. Do not order from 1st prom dress.com they are unreliable.

We got totally different colour dress. After I sent many picsnto the to prove it they finally answer that they think dress is same colour than we ordered . We ordered green and we got blue. Those people dont see diffrerences between different colours.

Then they said that if I pay more money they send me the right color dress. I asked that why you didnt do that at the first time. No answer. That 1stpeomdress.com (molly lee) is real cheating company

We ordered a prom dress from 365bridal (Molly Lee) and the dress was a complete knock off. It was similar to the dress pictured but obvious they did a poor imitation. I am currently emailing and working on getting a refund. I've sent numerous pictures of everything wrong with the dress they sent. And I sent a picture from their own website of the dress we ordered compared to what we received. It's clear they are in the wrong. Unfortunately I don't think it's going to make any difference. I just learned a $250 lesson.

We ordered a prom dress with Molly Lee and paid the extra $30.00 so the dress would arrive in 15 days. The prom date is May 12, 2012. I spoke to themn 4/16/12 verbally and thru an email and was told not to worry all things would be ok. It took me 4 emails and 5 voice mails to finally speak to someone yesterday, 5/8/12. Finally about 9:00/pm my time I spoke to Jesse who said they could not rush the order to meet the prom date of 5/12/12. I told why did you not tell me that a month ago. I sent an email cancelling this order per Jesse's instructions and advised to credit my account. We have 3 days before the prom and no dress. This has caused great stress to my granddaughter who is graduating from High School this year and the Prom is an important occassion. Please refund my money due to falso advertising.
