1st Credit Now has been taking funds from my checking account. I never give out this information. First 2.95 and now 44.90. I have checks to clear and now I fear they won't clear and I will have overdraft charges.

Beware everyone. Crooks are out there.

I plan to report the fraud to my bank and hopefully (because I am supposed to be protected from fraud) I can be reimbursed. I can only hope.

Did I mention that today is my birthday.

It sounds like you might have signed up for a payday loan online like I did.

I heard of 1st credit. I read the terms and learned that 1stcredit is a program to help you build credit. I did not need this service so I chose NOT TO ACCEPT IT!

I have never had a problem with my payday loan application, I see alot of people have complained but I think THEY NEVER READ WHAT THEY GOT THEMSELVES INTO!

ya i did the same thing . i went to apply for a payday loan and the next thing you know these scammers are taking money out of my bank account .I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO DO THIS!so anyway i called this place and this woman who by the way was so rude to me said i asked for this when i applied for that loan .WHAT A CROCK OF CRAP! she said i was to recieve something in the mail about this wonderful debt relief package that was sent on april 29th and i never recieved it at all! all these people did was steal 2.95 and 44.90 out of my account . man what a bunch of frigin scammers i also belive that cashnet usa which is a payday service is also 1st credit now ... call the 2 numbers and you will get the same rude lady and the same exact funky egiption music playing in the backround because i did it and i guarantee you they are the same co with 2 different phone numbers and 2 different co names try it and see for youself! i did get my money back from the bank and i had to close my account and open up another one so these idiots woulndt take any more of my money1 beware of this co and tis payday loan service...1st credit now and cashnet usa!!!
