Never came back to finish the job!

Castaway Pools and Spas installed a pool at my home on 4/5/07. They have never came back to finish the job despite numerous phone calls and letters sent to their office. Their salesman john refuses to answer any phone calls. I would advise anyone in the tristate area to be aware of this company. If this company is hired to install a pool at your home read the contract and beware that the are not responsible for any damage to your home or property. Do not under any circumstances make a payment until they are completely done. They seem friendly but are that lie and deceive the public.

He is on the overnight shift nobody will be awake to hear the little boy screaming for help.hey john jr i have a call into the woman in bridgeton .do you remember her ? she emailed me today .did you forget you had another court date last week?I know your calander is full of them but she said you will be giving a pool up to pay her back .she also said she has some other freaky info about you. are'nt you in a relationship john. Those mexican's might have worked 14 hours a day but they installed my pool incorrectly. The pool was installed about 12 inches too deep. I now have to pay to have my entire back yard re-graded. I also had a leak in my return lines! They too suck!!! All I want to see is John Jr and Willie Kalai spending nights in the pokie!!

I was thinking about the whole leaky return line sucking in dirt problem. One way to get rid of the symptom (it won't stop the leak) might be to install a vacuum breaker on the return line. When the pump is on, it would stay closed. When the pump is off, it would allow air into the system, breaking the vacuum in the return lines and stop the sucking in of dirt.

Maybe ask a qualified pool person...in other words, not anyone from Castaway...not like you could get a hold of anyone there to help though.
