Castaway Pools and Spas Complaints - Never came back to finish the job!

Hey ya all. I made a post ahile back bout some problems with my pool. Been keeping on top of all your posts. I don't blame all of you for being pissed. I guess I am lucky considering my pool is completed and the few problems I did have have been taken care of. Just to let you know I only had some minor problems on my pool, but when talking to Midge, manager, I think his name was Dave, they would say yeah we will take care of things for you, but what do you know weeks would go by and still nothing. I finally was in touch with John Sr. and he came out to my house personally right after we hung phone up and fixed the problems with my filter and pump. I know both kalai and John. I have known John since the Oasis company and Kalai I have just met over the summer while my pool was being done. If John and Dencil did run how can you blame them. As far as I know the one named Midge kalai was the one running the money and books and such. I beleive she is the wife of the owner of the company. When I was calling to get the problems on my pool fixed I was given Midges cell phone number and was told she is the owner of the company and she is handling all custormer service. The few occasions I had been lucky to get ahold of her she herself told me that John was only a salesman and that he was not an owner of the company and the last time I spoke to her she had told me that John was no longer a part of the company that they had new management and they were taking care of all the problems. I have to ask this. With all the money it sounds like you people put down where did it all go? Why could they not find the money to do or fix your pools. How can you blame John or Dencil, whom I have never met, they, as the kalai's and the new manager of the company have said, were only sales men. So as salesmen how were they to know they were selling you pools that you were to never recieve or not get fixed. As they were employees only of the company they had no way of knowing what was being done with the assets of the company. As fas as I was told and this was by Kalai himself that all monies were handed over to Midge. On the outside I have been told by others numerous things of the company had not been handled right, paper work not filed, records of banking not being kept. I heard that there was no organazation of the companies paperwork what so ever. I have heard on occasion that kalai would call Midge up for certain information and she would not be able to give it to him because she had no record of it. I have heard pleanty of times that Kalai has numerous times taken monies out of his personal accounts to pay people back but if this is true where did all that so called money go cause it seems to me that none of you have been paid back. Yes, I did know John while he had Oasis and all I can say to you people is that you shouldn't talk much about something you don't know the whole story to. Yes, he was in jail and yes he is paying restiution, but like I said there is more to the story than just what you read in a conviction record. If and when he decides go to court for Oasis I will be there to testify on his behalf. If i were you people I would watch talking to much about others and things you don't know much about cause it could just turn around to bite you in the ass in the end. As far as I see Johns past has nothing to do with what is happening to you by Castaway. It just sounds to me that cause you know he has a record you are automatically assuming that he or anyone for that matter was only out to run a scam. Sure he sold you the pools, but again all monies were controled by Kalai. Like Midge told me over the phone John was not an owner and he no longer worked with the company and they were under new management. If that is so than how can John or Denny be blamed for you people not getting back or done what you needed done. It sounds to me like the Kalais and their new management weren't so up on doing the job they said they had been doing and weren't so up on keeping the promises they had promised you. How could you expect Dencil or John to return phone calls or take care of your problems if they were no longer part of the company. Sounds to me that the Kalais are the ones who did not keep there promises. So on a final note once again I ask where is all the money at?
