This company is a bunch of bull!!! I called and cancelled and FYI guys threaten them with a lawyer and the better business burue!! I got a full Refund! Dont play into there game they can refund your money..Get dirty with them, there screwing us so lets screw them back!!!
I have been charged on my debt card by this CIC*CE CREDIT REPORT company and the only credit check i have had done is a free one. I have been charged 21.90 on my account as of right now and i do not know how due to i have not used this agency and i would appreciate my refund on my account, I am having a stop payment done by my bank immediately. I would like to take a few minutes to try to figure out how companies can get away with this type of business and no repercactions are done to them. I Went onto their and after reading their contract immideatley discontinued my supposed membership. I then found a charge on my credit csrd for $12.00. I called their represenitive and told them that I cancelled and they put me thru their supiivisor and she told me there would be no problem and that i had cancelled my subscription. I guess i will find out if the charges actually go thru or if they do not. I suggest to other people that they read all they info. they have in small print even if it takes along time to read it all. I hope everyone has better results than the other people complaints i have read.
i have been charged this 12.95 four times and i never even got to see my report. when i entered my card # I WAS asked for a different card # cause this was supposedly not a valid card. that was as far as i got with the application process. i called the 800 # and spoke with some woman who ultimately told me i had no acct. with them and the showed no charges to me at all. to make matters worse i have been charged 4 insufficient funds fees, 35.00 ea and now i want my 191.98 dollars back. conveniently there is no phone number to upper management only a po box and fax------i will be patient to a point- then if i cant get some kind of action i will go to ch.3 news for help- as well as send them about a million faxes /day. wtf anyway my credit isnt great already and im sure this isnt going to help.
call your cc company and have the charges reversed that is the best way to handle this CRAP.
screw this co. and the people who work there for continuing to mislead and avoid actually helping solve this problem

the same thing happened to me, they charged me 14.95 for two months until i called them up @ 800 388 8725 and complained and told them it was bull. I asked for her name and employee # (got that from a comment up above!) i told her wanted a refund and she said i signed up for it and that she absolutely cannot give me a refund. so i told her i wanted to talk to her manager, she left and came back and said that she could reverse one of the charges and i told her no, i want them both reversed and told her i still want to speak to her manager. so she left and the same lady came back again and said ok, we can reverse both of the charges. so i should soon be recieving a confirmation email and my money credited back to my account.
i hope that this will help some of you out!!!

wow, these people are UNbelievable!!! They claim to help protect your credit, and then THEY are the ones that screw around with it! How ironic!!!
I called 3 times to cancel my membership (only used the website once) and I was promised each time that it was canceled, but I still got a charge on my account so I had to call AGAIN... Not sure if I believe that it's actually canceled. AND the guy was *rude* to me!!
Either way, these comments have helped a lot. I used one of the numbers posted here 1 (800) 388-8725, got the employee number, got a confirmation number and a (potentially false) promise that it's all good now... I agree with Kenny: don't put up with their crap and don't give up!

they say they have no records of me ever working through them.
or of them charging me, even though i have down to the second of when they did it.
1. I called 800.388.8725. it was the number that showed up on my bank statement.
2. Choose to cancel (#1), note the employee's name. I made sure I verbally confirmed it so they knew I wrote it down.
3. They'll try everything they can to keep you as a member or to delay your cancellation. I came right out and said that I didn't want to hear anything that they had on their script or anything they had to sell me. Just cancel my membership right now.
4. Request a refund. They'll tell you over and over how it was your fault you didn't cancel during the free trial and how it's non refundable. Keep saying you want a refund. I pointed out several times how it was a shady business practice to be charging people when they came to a business and website called FREE credit report dot com.
5. Ask to talk to a supervisor. I asked a few times. They'll try to dissuade you. In the end they'll put you on hold for a long time (wait it out) and then tell you the supervisor was busy but authorized the refund.
6. I tried to keep a level head even though this is beyond frustrating. It's not the phone operator's fault. Also, I pointed out that they had to be getting these calls all day long because it's so redic. Firm but polite. My acct was cancelled and I got a refund. ... well, hopefully. They said it would show up in 7-10 business days.
