The program wont start up!

Complaint Rating:

Yes, the program have been working very well, for 9 months, but now suddenly, it wont start, no matter what I try. What should I do? Btw, was trying to get Limewire in the first place, and wonder what went wrong when this program suddenly was installed.

I paid for the program, I found their ph.#, I wanted to cancel, I called and they have no record of my pmt. I have to fax a copy of bank charges, they over charged me. There program sucks, I have had to do a complete system recovery due to an awful lot of viruses. I am glad I got my flu shot today.
