DVD Donkey

Set of DVDs was ordered but never received. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. A charge of $7.14 to my credit card was made in excess of the amount stated on the order.

The same thing happened to me. The order was 35.98 but i was charged 41.47 what gives.

My credit card was charged 107.72, 7 something over what it was supposed to be. And still haven't gotten the DVDs.

I also ordered a DVD set back in Oct 0f 2007 through DVD Donkey and was charged on my credit card by 1-877-TV-series for the amount of 128.72. I was able to call and get a status from DVD Donkey back in December, but all further attempts have been futile. I have even been getting e-mail updates from them, but when I tried to use the link or phone number provided, neither worked. I replied to the e-mail just this last february to cancel my order, but no response has been received. No one answers the number on my credit card statement for TV series either.
