i was charged $107.49 on 5/25/2021 i called and was told a refund will be made in 5-10 days have not received it yes FOR CBI TRIAL AVIRA
[protected] it was charged to card ending 9287 this card was canceled do to this transaction new card number is [protected] deposit refund into this card

My PayPal account was charge with $128.35 CAD on 08/05/2021, invoice #272248457 for Data Recovery Wizard 1 year subscription. This was not authorized by me nor have I received it. Kindly reverse this charge and do not resubmit.

I do not know what this charge is for and I did not buy malwar or re-new. I would appreciate an explanation or a full refund. I am expecting a quick resolve in this matter. If more info is needed please call number listed above.

I used Malwarebytes for my computer. And that service was great.
However, there is a reoccurring charge that I did not authorize.

A cleverbridge internet charge of $42.69 was charged on my debit card on 03/19/21. I did not authorize this action and I would like my money put back into my account. Thank you.

A charge was charge to my American Express card for the amount of $43.50 for CCleaner professional. I never order this service. I use the free version of the product.

I do not authorize the renewal to Avira # [protected], as we went out of businesss last March 2020, due to the Covid 19 pandenic, which shut down our service business. Since we are no longer providing services to anyone and are no longer in business, we have no need of any services from Avira, hence we should not be charged for that service, especially when we did not authorize the payment you erroneously withdrew from our acct. I do not even know aht this is. How is it possible to get billed for something that I don't remember or want to have.

I have been charged three times on my Master Card for $21.15 I was under the understanding that the amount was $21.15 for year cleaner service. If it is for a montly instead of the a yearly service cancel this service and refund my Master Card account.

I have been chaged for thid software even though i cannot make it work and then to add to my problem you haarged me a second time and i woud like to get this matter cleared up asap and get my refund.

I did not order these and do not want them. I think all this is a big scam. I think my first sentence explains exactly what the problem is and it also expresses the fact that I do not want these services what ever they are as this is a personal computer and not a business computer so why would I need them.

You refunded a payment for me a couple years ago, thank you it was a very simple transaction you corrected for me quickly, BUT, you are still listed in my monthly payments due accounts. When I checked my online bank statement I saw a an unauthorized charge of $28.46. Then I got an email for a security premium for services of one year! I did not order this! How did they get my debit card info? I put a stop on my debit card. My bank wants me to cancel my card, which I suppose is prudent but that is such a pain. But I repeat how did cleverbridge get my card info? And I did not order any services from them

On the 5th of june 2020, my savings account reflected an unauthorized payment of sgd $44.15 made to hso cleverbridge ag koeln on the 3rd of june 2020. I certainly did not purchase anything for the past week that costed me that amount of money. I also did not receive any emails from cleverbridge notifying me about this transaction for the past week.

The only affiliation I have with this company is through zenmatevpn. About 3 to 4 weeks ago, I had tried to purchase a 1 month subscription for the price of around 10 usd ~ but I received a follow up email by them on the 10th of may 2020 stating the payment was not approved. I did not follow up after this so there shouldn't be any charges made to my savings account through this request for vpn subscription. Just to make sure, I also checked my zenmatevpn account and sure enough, no subscription.

I am requesting a refund for that sgd 44.15 deducted from my account resulting from the possibility of the company misusing my card details to make such a transaction.
