scammed and the refused to cancel

My husband and I were pressured to join in Sept 2006. Within 5 days, we tried to cancel and were refused. We contacted Bank of America credit card Co. for help, and they told us that there was nothing that they could do for us. We have since tried multiple times to book a vacation to no avail....
