Raison Engineers & Builders is bulling a society in indirapuram 'Raison Armor Homes'. The builder has asked the flat allottees to pay Rs 75 per sq. ft of super area for External Electrification Charges at the time of possession. This rate is very high.

This builder 'Raison Engineers & Builders' has tied up with a lawyer and is asking Rs 12, 000 just for facilitating registration of the flat. The builder is not even co-operating if a person wants to avail services of another lawyer / expert
