Did not get my refund

I am glad to know there are others just like me that got scammed by this ... (don't even want to write the word) Like others I have tried to get a refund since April 22. The even went as far to send me an email telling me that my money would be refunded in 5-7 business days, DID NOT HAPPEN!...
