Before buying my new phone I called Net1o to see what i needed to do. They told me they would send me a sim card and I was to buy a Net10 add airtime card, then call them back. Once I had everything needed I called them back, they switched my number from straighttalk and said it may take 2 days....

Company used to provide 6 months service when you added minutes from any type card. Without notifying their customers they changed it to 1 month for every 100 minutes added.
They don't tell you this so be aware they are ripping you off....
