Ordered 8.1 update for Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe website which proved incompatible with my operating system. Cost $66.74. Adobe has no record of my purchase. Order confirmation received from mbcontact.com, not Adobe.

Seems that Adobe website has been compromised by mbcontact.com....

wow. saw a $35 charge on my credit card. called the phone number. pushed 1 for billing support. "can't leave a message - it's full" (i'll bet). other numbers say, "see website." later i called again and this time got a guy in india claiming to work for snapstorm...

Called three times about my account being charged for softeare they never sent and after complaining the only answers are read off a screen axactly the same everytime. The people answering the phones barely speek english. I am going to the FBI with this. On top of that my brother is a lawyer....
