Fraud Internet company No product received, No refund

I made an online purchage in Dec 2006. Didn't receive the product, they did not answer calls, or return calls from messages left. Using email, they said my purchase had been mailed. When no package was received they said I had requested only first class mail, so there was no tracking number....
