I am being charged for something I did not order. Only an automated customer service is available. How do I stop this charge from re-occuring?...

I don't know where charges came from, but there is no person to speak to to even cancel them...this is a huge scam and waste of people's time....

I ordered some slimming tea then changed my mind and cancelled the order by phone. My money was refunded but two other amounts have been debited to my credit card without my authorisation....

I was charged 4.95 for this scam that I can't even log into correctly and do not know where it came from.

I tried to call customer service and there is not an option for that, nor on a website that I cannot even find.

I want a refund...
