am unsure if is scam or not

I am in foreclosure and saw this ad in my local Penny-save <back cover full page>..I am supposed to fill out forms including a 'specific power of attorney one transaction only' along with my last $1650. This is supposed to get a lawyer down in Florida named Daniel H Fox-2875...
