I order a CD DAB stereo, received the goods OK, but the CD was faulty. I have tried to contact them by phone and e-mail. Their phone number does not accept calls and they do not respond to their e-mail messages. I would not order from them again....

As indicated by many others, I am not sure whether this company is still in operation. I purchased a DAB radio which was faulty. They do not reply to my e-mails, no one answers the phone. I advise everyone not to do business with this company....

They sold me a faulty product without a power lead which they wouldn't send me one, so I went and brought one myself I found it just wouldn't switch on at all, it was completely false. I'm now struggling to get them to pay up trough a county court. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THERE...

DO NOT BUY from BH Systems trading as www.inest.co.uk. I bought a dvd player in August and still fighting to get my money back from this mickey mouse company. Trading Standards have written to them on my behalf and they have chosen to ignore them. I returned the dvd player to them as it arrived...
