Worst online shopping at Heritage Gift Store

I have had the worst experience with customer service and worst experience shopping at 'Heritage Gift Store' (http://www.heritagegiftstore.com/). I purchased two items for my daughter and was charged promptly.

And to my surprise the second item was never delivered but...
