GE Money Bank should be ashamed of itself!

I mailed payments for my account on November 3rd. I have always made payments on time and usually made more than the minimum payment. I received a call from GE's collections dept yesterday. I could barely understand her because she was in INDIA. These big companies should be ashamed...

Canged due date, unexplained finance charges

Opened a PayPal Buyer's credit Account which until recently was handled by PayPal directly and then purchased by GEMoney Bank. Payments were always due the end of the months so I set up automatic payments thru online banking. Very much to my surprise, I got hit with a hefty late fee = $39...
