On 12 November 2007 our credit card was charged $35.69 for "SPYHUNTER 952-646-5288 022". LAST year, in 2006, one of our staff DID purchase the product, order number 1758675. Their product catalog does NOT disclose any time limitation before someone presses the "Buy Now" button:

I have not found the spyhunter program to be particularly useful. At one point I was prompted to pay and had already paid but thought that it had not been recorded. It took a very long time to turn this around. I cannot use this program. It is always prompting me to register and to pay again....

This was suppose to charge me 29.95 but it charged me 59.99 and told me that i had bought 2 quantities when I only bought 1!! this spyware didnt even work and now I dont have internet access! nor...

I paid for this service June 2008 and by the end of Oct 2008 when I tried to update my files it says I need to renew my subscription. There is no contact except online via member login. But in order to login I have to first give them more money to renew my membership. I thought I was purchasing...
