This company has the worst customer service possible.

I schedule an transfer of service 1-2 months in advance, left to go to the store, had my mother in law waiting to answer the door. Supposedly, the tech claims he showed up knocked on the door, and left. No note, nothing!...

I was paying the price of basic cable for expanded cable (a sale in my area), and just yesterday morning cox came by and disconnected my cable for no reason and i called and they said that there was a report that i was getting illegal cable but i was paying, so i just canceled. Do not use cox!...

Cox Cable in Orange County, CA is the worst customer service you will ever find. They should consider making a seminar for how to turn customer service into *** on earth. Nobody can do this better than Cox.

Their CSR's will NOT let you speak to a manager, trust me I tried....

Dropped channels that were originally included in my basic package. Tuesday morning I had TMC on channel 60 and a program guide on channel 69, and Tuesday evening they were gone!! Also other things like the History channel and Animal Planet and several others were on some other station number...
