I order 9 windows in June 2008 and the Salesman told me that any rotted wood on the window casings would be replaced. In August 2008 the Installers came and 3 out of 9 windows were the wrong size and they told me that they do NOT replace any bad wood and that they install new windows over rotted...

I had a picture window installed in July (2008). The second day after installation it rained and I noticed water in the inside track of the window. I called and they said that it was normal. Whoever heard of a window that leaks? Champion Windows.

I HAD WINDOW INSTALLED AND FRONT DOOR.ONE WINDOW KEEPS ON BREAKING AND THE FRONT DOOR HANDLE IS BROKE SO I CAN'T EVEN GET IN MY OWN HOUSE.I'VE CALLED 9 TIMES AND ALWAYS GET THE SAME ANSWER WELL CALL YOU!!! SO MUCH FOR LIFETIME GUARANTEE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYBODY...
