I applied for a loan online...I went to check my balance in my checking account, and all of a sudden there is $31.98 taken out of my checking account. I NEVER authorized anyone to take money out of my account. I want a full refund. I never signed up for Identity Theft, And I do not want it....

This company took money from my account without my authorization because I was trying to get a payday loan and they took out over 60.00 from my acount and I want a refund and they, re giving me a hard time....

This transaction was never done by me and I checked my account and it was overdrawn my checking account. I am highly frustrated and disappointed. I will take further action legally if monies and overdrawn transaction are not paid and placed back into my account promptly!!!...

I was taken 31.98 from my account without my consent or permission to do so. I was just browsing around and accidently tryed applying for a loan which I decided not to get after all and got charged for nothing. So I just want my money back for 31.98 and want to tell this company to stop doing...

I did not authorize these charges to my account; and to top it off; now my account is overdrawn. I expect a prompt refund in the amount of $70.98 which includes the $31.98 they wrongly charged me for not-a-thing and a overdraft charge from my bank....

I have been trying to get a refund back since 8/29/2008 to no avail. I am sick and tired of getting the runaround about my money. Now, I canceled this transaction on August 29, 2008, my cancellation number is 2778993 and noone has done anything yet. Now, I am very perturbed about this situation...
