Fraud in charging my account

On 6/12/08 I ordered Direct TV from Direct Digital TV for 4 rooms in my house and also ordered high speed internet. I was told I had to pay $39.99 up front to have the equipment delivered to my house plus $67 for a 3 year service protection. The high speed internet was to cost me $55 per month....
