I WAS NOT GIVEN A CHANCE TO PLAY MY SWEEPSTAKES TODAY, EVENTHOUGH YOU STATED THAT YOU RECORDED ME PLAYING WHICH IS NOT TRUE. ALTHOUGH I MAY NOT WIN AT ALL, I WOULD STILL LIKE THAT CHANCE TO PLAY. YOU STATED THAT YOU CAN PLAY ONCE A DAY WHICH OBVIOUSLY, IS NOT TRUE. MAY I PLEASE HEAR FROM YOU....

On 11/13/2008 I placed a subscription order @61ddc9472 for the magazine -Better Homes and Gardens. The offer included a downloadable cookbook - Tailgate recipes.
I attempted to download the book following the instructions and when I saved it, it disappeared and I could not retrieve it.
